Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support HTA submissions to local authorities, ensuring compliance with national guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify evidence gaps and create evidence generation plans.
- Conduct health economic analyses tailored to the Saudi healthcare system, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling.
- Manage external vendors and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor the HTA and reimbursement landscape to inform market access strategies.
- Present findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, public health, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health economics, market access, or HTA submissions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in health economic modeling and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in health economics, public health, or a related field.
- Experience working with international stakeholders or global teams.
- Familiarity with real-world data sources and observational research methods.
- Knowledge of local and international HTA guidelines and processes.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at conferences.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is preferred.
