Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support HTA submissions to local authorities, ensuring compliance with national guidelines and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify evidence gaps and develop robust evidence generation plans.
  • Conduct health economic analyses, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelling, tailored to the Saudi healthcare system.
  • Manage external vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor the HTA and reimbursement landscape to inform the company's market access strategies.
  • Present findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making and enhance patient access.

Required Qualifications:

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • At least 3 years of experience in health economics, market access, or HTA submissions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in health economic modelling and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in health economics, public health, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders or global teams.
  • Familiarity with real-world data sources and observational research methods.
  • Knowledge of local and international HTA guidelines and processes.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines and budgets.
  • Experience publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at conferences.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English may be necessary, though specific language requirements are not stated.
