Healthcare Systems Integration Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an Integration Services Analyst to develop, support, and manage healthcare application interfaces across the company and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Rhapsody or similar interface engines, a solid understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, and proven production support experience in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support interfaces between the company and external healthcare systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using HL7, FHIR, XML, X12, APIs, and related messaging standards.
• Configure and maintain Rhapsody Interface Engine channels, mappings, routing, and monitoring.
• Analyze interface failures, data-quality issues, and service tickets; provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, clinical teams, technical teams, and third-party providers on integration requirements.
• Support data migration, conversion, audits, regulatory reporting, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor interface performance and perform system testing, upgrades, and change-control activities.
• Translate healthcare and Department of Health requirements into system configuration and integration rules.
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare IT integration, preferably with the company systems.
• Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, XML, APIs, and interface-engine tools such as Rhapsody.
• Ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot healthcare messages and integration logs.
• Experience with application support, vendor coordination, data quality, and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of revenue-cycle processes and UAE healthcare regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
