HeatWave Analytics Solution Engineer Gulf

The HeatWave Analytics Solution Engineer will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures addressing customer business problems. This role is integral in driving Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services through discovery, design, and deployment phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to design and implement solutions based on their requirements.
• Participate in customer engagements and ensure successful solution deployments through code development and scripting.
• Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, and video demonstrations.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers on cloud solutions.
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and deep-dive discussions on HeatWave and OCI technologies.
• Maintain strong database technical knowledge to differentiate between varied database approaches.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with computer applications and tools.
• Ability to travel 25% for both international and domestic engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in account management and solution selling.
• Strong knowledge in SQL, Machine Learning, AI, IT architectures, and networking.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, and Cognos. Certification in analytics solutions is preferred.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Additional Information: Experience with modern data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) is considered an asset. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively across various organizations.
