About the Job
Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design, and deployment. Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions. Works directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Displays product/application understanding through customized presentations to customers and at events. Supports customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations. Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with computer applications and tools required
- Ability to travel 25% internationally and domestically
- Bachelor of Science-level university degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or relevant technical experience preferred
- Expertise in system and application design
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve technical problems with customers in technical environments
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Oracle HeatWave Solution Engineering team
- Handle a high volume of engagements in the fast-paced cloud computing market
- Maintain strong database technical knowledge and differentiate between varied database approaches (relational, non-relational, in-memory, data warehousing)
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions
- Lead technical presentations and drive customer workshops
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of SQL, Machine Learning, AI, IT architectures, and networking
- Background in database analytics and experience with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos)
- Certifications in analytics solutions, cloud, and AI/ML technologies are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Database experience and programming skills
- Familiarity with Linux and cloud technologies
- Experience with Azure data and analytics stack, modern data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks)
- GCP / AWS / Azure Certifications
