HEC (Experience Consultant)

As an HEC (Experience Consultant), you will be responsible for maintaining daily communication with colleagues and partners to ensure that customer shopping experience issues are monitored and effectively resolved. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of retail experience in any retail establishment. You will assist in setting up consumer client products and providing personalized customer training sessions to help expand their passion and potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of consumer complaints with high professionalism.
• Ensuring proper handover procedures are followed when required and collaborating with the supervisor to provide suitable solutions.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills to engage comfortably with individual consumers as well as small groups.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Prior sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential; cross-industry experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork abilities and fluency in English or the local language are required. Additional language skills are considered advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt flexible work hours based on business needs.
