Position

This role involves assisting customers with their banking needs, providing high-quality service while representing ADIB’s professional image in all interactions. As a Help Desk Agent based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, managing customer instructions from various channels, and guiding customers to appropriate service areas. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as preparing memos and customer correspondence, deliver ATM cards and cheque books, and manage card issues and cheque returns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a service-oriented attitude towards customers.
  • Executing, distributing, and recording customer instructions.
  • Addressing walk-in inquiries regarding ADIB's offerings.
  • Performing general administrative duties.
  • Delivering cheque books and ATM cards to customers.
  • Handling captured card issues and returned cheques.
  • Assisting with additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Candidates should possess knowledge of ADIB’s banking products and services, familiarity with UAE banking regulations, and understanding of service standards. Computer literacy is also required. Please note that this position is exclusively for UAE Nationals.
