Responsibilities:
- Strategic Solution Design: Develop technical solutions and reporting materials based on HiAgent’s capabilities; lead technical exchanges, product demonstrations, and POCs to guide customer approval and facilitate business cooperation.
- Industry Solution Incubation: Identify and create standardized AI Agent solutions across different industry verticals, transforming successful lighthouse projects into scalable industry playbooks.
- Requirement Engineering & Product Iteration: Act as a bridge between the market and R&D by gathering and evaluating complex customer requirements to drive internal product innovation.
- Bid Management & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and industry architects during the bidding process to author technical documents and manage technical presentations.
- Project Scoping & Delivery Handover: Author detailed Project Work Specifications post-contract signing to ensure a smooth transition to the implementation phase.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-grade AI platforms, AI Agents, or LLM solutions, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to configure and deploy intelligent agent demonstrations.

Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Arabic is highly advantageous. Mandarin is essential for collaboration with China-based teams; Arabic is required for communication with local stakeholders in the MEA region.

- A growth-oriented, results-driven professional who adapts to market shifts and takes proactive action to resolve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product solutioning or operations for AI platforms such as HiAgent, Coze, Dify, or n8n.
- Deep knowledge of the GenAI market landscape and an understanding of enterprise use cases.
- Understanding of international market dynamics and localized customer needs.
