Responsibilities:

Strategic Solution Design: Develop comprehensive technical solutions and materials based on HiAgent’s capabilities; lead technical exchanges, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to guide customer approval and facilitate business cooperation.

Industry Solution Incubation: Identify and create standardized AI agent solutions across various industry verticals, transforming successful projects into scalable playbooks.

Requirement Engineering & Product Iteration: Serve as the intermediary between the market and R&D by collecting complex customer requirements to drive internal product innovation.

Bid Management & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and industry architects during the bidding process by authoring technical documents and managing presentations to ensure strong market positioning.

Project Scoping & Delivery Handover: Create detailed Project Work Specifications (SOW) to ensure a smooth transition from the solution design to implementation and delivery stages.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-grade AI platforms, AI agents, or LLM solutions, with a proven track record of delivering significant projects.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including the ability to independently configure and deploy intelligent agent demos.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Arabic is highly advantageous; Mandarin is essential for collaboration with China-based teams, and Arabic is required for communication with MEA stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with product solutions or operations for AI platforms like HiAgent, Coze, Dify, or n8n.
- Knowledge of the GenAI market landscape and its strengths for specific enterprise applications.
- An understanding of international market dynamics and localized customer needs.
Important Note: This position is a 12-month contract assignment managed by a third-party agency, which means you will not be an employee of the company. All contractual terms, including payroll and benefits, will be managed by the third-party agency.
