HILS and PTE Engineer

This position involves working as a HILS and PTE Engineer in Abu Dhabi, AE, where you will play a pivotal role in the development and testing of advanced systems.

Established in 2012, the company is the first UAE-based manufacturer of precision-guided systems for conventional aerial munitions. The company leverages the latest advanced technologies in optics and propulsion systems, continuously innovating to deliver new products and improve production processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assimilating Weapon simulation and test requirements into HILS and PTE product specifications.
• Defining detailed design architectures for the HILS and PTE Benches.
• Designing, developing, building, and commissioning HILS and PTE Benches.
• Facilitating the development of HILS simulation and self-test software.
• Generating PTE test software per the Acceptance Test Specification of the Weapon.
• Producing and maintaining HILS and PTE product data packs in SAP.
• Implementing design improvements and resolving electronic/electrical design issues.
• Maintaining compliance between specifications and hardware/software baselines.
• Performing preventative maintenance and supporting the Production Team.
• Compiling and reporting ad-hoc test results in the required format.
• Ensuring adherence to company COPPS and relevant DoD and MIL Standards.

Experience & Education requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in product development and testing in various environments.
• A degree or diploma in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
