Hospital Information System Implementation Expert

The Hospital Information System Implementation Expert is responsible for successfully delivering end user and Super user trainings for hospital users. Key responsibilities include:

• Learn the HIS/EMR application from the product team.
• Assess training needs and assign tasks to the training support team.
• Conduct training sessions and manage schedules.
• Prepare and ensure adequate hands-on training for end users.
• Conduct end user surveys to collect training feedback and implement improvements.
• Validate user manuals and training material.
• Ensure the product is configured appropriately to demonstrate agreed workflows for each role/department.
• Obtain training signoff from each role and department.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Science/Bachelor in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Fluency in spoken English; advanced proficiency in written English.
• Proficiency in advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and the overall clinical research process.
