Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and translating them into scalable SaaS solutions.
- Designing and architecting end-to-end solutions that meet the technical, functional, and business requirements of clients.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Delivering compelling presentations and engaging with executive-level customers, articulating the value proposition of the organization's solutions.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans for high-profile customers, coordinating with sales teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
- Leading the design and implementation of intricate integrations with third-party solutions, showcasing the organization's ability to connect diverse technologies.
- Tackling intricate technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Leading or contributing to high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, or enhance customer experience.
- Identifying potential risks associated with complex solutions and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Organizing innovation workshops to explore new ways to address customer challenges and create novel solutions.
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (6 years) as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Language fluency in Arabic and English.
