Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and develop scalable SaaS solutions.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions that meet the technical, functional, and business requirements of clients.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Deliver compelling presentations to executive-level customers, articulating the value of the organization’s solutions in alignment with customer goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-profile customers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
- Lead the design and implementation of intricate integrations with third-party solutions.
- Tackle complex technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth or enhance customer experience.
- Identify potential risks associated with complex solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
- Organize innovation workshops to address customer challenges and create novel solutions.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional growth and fostering a culture of excellence.
Education & Experience:
- Recommended Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (6 years) in a Solutions Architect or similar role in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), and cloud services.
- Strong background in API, customer success management, ETL, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
