Work Conditions:
Onsite with an expectation to primarily work from a company partner/customer office.

Job Description:

• Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, focusing on technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge while contributing to the company’s solutions portfolio.
• Support and deliver high-end HPC solutions, covering both hardware and software, for massively parallel supercomputer systems, clusters, and storage systems on a 24 x 7 basis.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support HPC services including hardware and software on a key account in Abu Dhabi.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with a high level of autonomy and coordinate with L2 and L3 teams.
• Collaborate with team members, internal organizations, customers, and third parties to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four (4) years of service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of High-Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise-level storage systems.
• Experience in Linux/Unix Operating systems and HPC Hardware Support is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
