HPC and Storage Technology Consultant

This role is primarily designed for onsite work at the company partner/customer offices. As an HPC and Storage Technology Consultant at the company, you will provide technology consulting to both external customers and internal project teams. You will be responsible for technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions aimed at fulfilling customers' business needs.

Key responsibilities include supporting and delivering high-end HPC solutions for customers, managing day-to-day HPC support and maintenance activities, and providing pre-sales support when necessary. You will engage in diagnosing and resolving incidents while maintaining customer relationships through effective communication. Your role will also require collaboration with team members, internal organizations, and third-party vendors.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of service in a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Knowledge in High Performance Computing (HPC) technologies and/or enterprise-level storage systems
• Experience with Linux/Unix Operating Systems
• Proficiency in running day-to-day operations and administration of HPC systems
• Advanced skills in customer service and effective communication

Additional Information:

• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates is required.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages may be beneficial.
