HPC and Storage Technology Consultant

This is an on-site role where you will primarily work from a company partner/customer office in Dubai, UAE. As a trusted advisor, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining effective relationships. You'll support and deliver high-end HPC solutions, including hardware and software for massively parallel supercomputers, clusters, and storage systems, on a 24/7 basis.

Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver HPC services for key accounts, particularly in UAE-Abu Dhabi.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with minimal supervision and strong autonomy.
• Collaborate with team members, customers, and third parties for effective service delivery.
• Manage customer relationships through verbal and written communications.
• Continuously research HPC documentation and engage in professional training to enhance skills in new technologies, particularly Cray EX Liquid cooled systems and NVL72.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of four years of service experience.
• Knowledge of High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise-level storage systems.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and HPC hardware support is advantageous.
• Advanced customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
