Job Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver HPC services, including hardware and software for massively parallel supercomputer systems, clusters, and storage systems on a 24 x 7 basis.
- Manage daily HPC support and maintenance activities for key accounts in Abu Dhabi.
- Analyze and resolve incidents autonomously and coordinate with higher-level support teams as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct research and complete necessary training to maintain and enhance HPC skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Knowledge of HPC technologies and/or enterprise storage systems.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Familiarity with HPC hardware support or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
