HPC and Storage Technology Consultant

The company is seeking a dedicated HPC and Storage Technology Consultant to provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. This role focuses on delivering high-end HPC solutions to clients, primarily working from a partner/customer office. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, creating and maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver HPC services, including hardware and software for massively parallel supercomputer systems, clusters, and storage systems on a 24 x 7 basis.
• Manage daily HPC support and maintenance activities for key accounts in Abu Dhabi.
• Analyze and resolve incidents autonomously and coordinate with higher-level support teams as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
• Conduct research and complete necessary training to maintain and enhance HPC skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of HPC technologies and/or enterprise storage systems.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with HPC hardware support or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
