In this position, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, responsible for delivering technology solutions tailored to meet customers' business needs. As a trusted advisor, you'll create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction while actively contributing to the company's solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver high-end HPC solutions for our customers.
- Manage day-to-day HPC support and maintenance activity as the dedicated site in UAE-Abu Dhabi.
- Collaborate with team members, other internal organizations, customers, and third parties.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with autonomy and expertise.
- Support the pre-sales team in scoping and sizing HPC services.
- Research HPC documentation and complete training to maintain and develop HPC skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least four years of experience in a similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Knowledge in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise-level storage systems.
- Experience in Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with HPC hardware or related industries is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
