Position

About the Job: This role has been designed as "Onsite" with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office. As an HPC and Storage Technology Consultant at the company, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and leadership in technology solutions to meet customers’ business needs.
  • Maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the company’s solutions portfolio with insights gained from customer projects.
  • Shaping technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers.
  • Supporting the delivery of high-end HPC solutions, including both hardware and software, on a 24/7 basis.
  • Managing day-to-day HPC support and maintenance activities for a key account in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • At least four years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of High Performance Computing (HPC) technologies and enterprise-level storage systems.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and HPC hardware support.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new HPC technologies, including Cray EX liquid-cooled systems.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
