HPC and Storage Technology Consultant

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for delivering technical support and leadership in the creation of technology solutions tailored to meet customers’ business needs. As a trusted advisor, you will build and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction while staying informed about leading-edge technologies and industry trends. You will also contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio, shape technical direction, and assist in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Your role will include generating new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposal development.

Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver high-end HPC solutions for customers.
• Apply technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver HPC services, including hardware and software, 24/7.
• Assist the pre-sales team in scoping and sizing HPC services when necessary.
• Manage day-to-day HPC support and maintenance for a key account in UAE-Abu Dhabi.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with autonomy and expertise.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, customers, and third parties.
• Stay current with HPC documentation and training to develop skills.
• Learn new technologies in HPC, including Cray EX Liquid cooled systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of High Performance Computing and/or enterprise-level storage systems.
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• HPC hardware support experience is a plus.
• Advanced customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
