The HPC and Storage Technology Consultant is responsible for providing technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. This includes delivering technical support and leadership in crafting and delivering technology solutions that meet customer business needs. The consultant must maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and contribute to the company's solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and delivery of high-end HPC solutions for customers on a 24x7 basis.
- Manage day-to-day HPC support and maintenance for a key account in Abu Dhabi.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents autonomously, coordinating with L2 and L3 teams as needed.
- Engage with internal teams, customers, and third parties to deliver optimal solutions.
- Research and complete training to maintain and develop HPC skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Knowledge of High-Performance Computing technologies or enterprise-level storage systems.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Proven experience in HPC hardware support or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected, with additional language skills being advantageous.
