As a HPC and Storage Technology Consultant, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. You will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs. As a trusted advisor, you will create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, contributing to the profitability of the organization through generating new business opportunities.
In this role, you will cover the support and delivery of high-end HPC solutions for customers, working as part of a team of HPC experts. You will manage day-to-day HPC support and maintenance activity for a key account in the UAE. Responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents; managing customer relationships; supporting pre-sales activities; and maintaining industry knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of four (4) years of service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Knowledge of High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise-level storage systems.
- Experience with Linux/Unix Operating systems.
- Experience in running the day-to-day operation, hardware break-fix, and administration of HPC systems.
- Advanced skills in customer service and communication.
- Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills may be advantageous.
