This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from a partner/customer office in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As a HPC and Storage Technology Consultant, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. You will be responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver high-end HPC solutions for our customers as part of a team of HPC experts working under minimal supervision.
- Apply your technical background and industry knowledge to support and deliver HPC services, including hardware and software for massively parallel supercomputer systems and storage systems on a 24x7 basis.
- Manage Day-to-Day HPC Support and Maintenance activity for a key account in UAE-Abu Dhabi, analyzing, qualifying, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents with the right level of autonomy & expertise.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Knowledge in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise-level storage systems.
- Experience in Linux/Unix Operating systems and HPC Hardware Support is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in customer service and customer-facing communication.
- Willing to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
