HPC and Storage Technology Consultant

This role is designed as "Onsite" with an expectation of primarily working from a partner/customer office. As a HPC and Storage Technology Consultant at the company, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions tailored to meet customers' business needs.
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Staying informed about leading edge technologies and industry trends to actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio.
• Shaping technical direction and strategies for both internal and external customers.
• Managing high-end HPC solutions, including hardware and software for massively parallel supercomputer systems and storage systems on a 24/7 basis.
• Supporting the pre-sales team and being dedicated to day-to-day HPC support and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise storage systems.
• Experience with Linux/Unix Operating systems is required.
• Experience in HPC hardware support or related industries is advantageous.
• Advanced customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
