HPC System Administrator

Lenovo is a global technology powerhouse focused on delivering Smarter Technology for All. We are currently seeking an HPC System Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires on-site presence in Jeddah.

In this role, you will implement, deliver, and administer HPC clusters, perform solution optimization, and manage migrations and upgrades. You will collaborate with the hardware sales team, technical sales (presales), and Business Partners on customer-paid projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical services in HPC AI platforms and solutions.
• Support the implementation of HPC solutions, including Server, Storage, Network, Power and Cooling, OS, and cluster management software.
• Offer knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and guidance on infrastructure and technologies.
• Build strong relationships with customers through effective interaction and technical decision-making.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Linux (Suse, RHEL, CentOS).
• Experience in HPC system troubleshooting and support.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
• Ability to perform OS installations and upgrades independently.
• Strong customer service skills, including effective written and oral communication.
