Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office.
Requirements:
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience supporting complex HPC systems and storage.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Must hold a valid HPC technical certification and knowledge of storage systems.
- Experience maintaining similar HPC equipment such as Cray EX, Cray XC40, CS500, and E 1000/2000 Storage or Cluster Store in a large enterprise computer center.
- Three (3) years of experience in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise-level storage systems.
- Experienced in Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, including technical terminology.
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia, western region Jeddah.
Additional Skills:
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience with HPC file systems and workload managers (preferably SLURM and/or PBS-pro)
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes and Docker Swarm
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
