HPE Digital Life Garage Customer Engagement Advisor

This role, based in Dubai, UAE, is positioned as a Hybrid opportunity requiring an average of 2 days per week in an office. The Customer Engagement Advisor will focus on enhancing customer experience and loyalty through research, design, and management of total customer experiences for specific segments and products. You will lead customer experience design using strategic methodologies, conducting user groups, and assessing usability throughout the customer lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include defining customer experience requirements across touchpoints for specific business solutions, guiding cross-functional teams to enhance customer relations, and developing metrics to track customer experience success. You will play a key role in managing customer experiences within Experience Centers, facilitating discussions, and spearheading initiatives to strengthen company-customer relationships. Additionally, you will oversee customer retention programs and conduct user groups.

To qualify, a BA or BS in Marketing or a related field is necessary, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 7 years in marketing, alongside experience in industry, sales, or project management, is required.
