We are looking for a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to join us to address major and public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi. This role primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex solutions to meet and exceed our customers' business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-sales technical and functional support to clients while ensuring satisfaction with the technical sales process and solution deployment.
  • Present and articulate the capabilities and values of a solution as it relates to customer business requirements versus competitors.
  • Work with the company's Territory Managers to qualify opportunities and convert leads into successful engagements.
  • Proactively support an opportunity pipeline and drive through the sales process to closure, tailoring innovative solutions for clients.
  • Create and define a Technological Roadmap for pre-assigned clients focusing on priority areas of the company Networking.
  • Implement and support customer Proof of Concept engagements to demonstrate that the company's technical solutions meet and exceed business requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive solutions to strategically position the company's products and highlight differentiators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field OR significant experience in networking technical and pre-sales activities.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of pre-sales/post-sales technical experience, with extensive knowledge in networking, including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, security, SASE, and Network Management platforms.
  • Experience with Abu Dhabi major accounts, including the public sector, is highly preferred.
  • Holder of specific Networking certifications (the company, Juniper, Cisco, etc. like JNCIA, JNCIS, CCIE).
  • Effective communicator with strong customer-facing skills, capable of translating product knowledge into added business value.
