As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our Maisons and business leaders to implement our people strategy across our Mall of the Emirates and Abu Dhabi boutique network, alongside a corporate scope. Your role will involve building trusted relationships with managers and employees while providing guidance on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and people development. You will work within a dynamic and collaborative HR team, impacting a diverse portfolio of Maisons and contributing to the growth and development of our teams.

THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Maison HR and business leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into meaningful people initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with our boutique teams through regular on-the-ground presence across Abu Dhabi and Mall of the Emirates.
- Coach and advise managers and employees on a broad range of people and organizational matters.
- Support our talent agenda by collaborating on recruitment, workforce planning, and building robust talent pipelines for our boutique network.
- Actively participate in developing our people through succession planning, career committees, internal mobility, and individual development plans.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify capability needs and create meaningful development opportunities.
- Assist in compensation and annual salary review processes, alongside workforce and budget planning.
- Take the lead on employee relations matters, providing well-considered advice and partnering with Legal when necessary.
- Utilize HR data and insights to identify trends, constructively challenge, and recommend actions that support our people and business priorities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR practices by bringing new ideas and sharing best practices across the organization.
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
- Strong HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist experience within a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and managers on people and organizational matters.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge across talent management, recruitment, employee development, compensation, and employee relations.
- Proven coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into people solutions.
- Comfortable analyzing HR data and using insights to inform decision-making.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adept at working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine desire to connect with the business and its people.
- Experience within luxury, retail, or a multi-brand environment would be advantageous.
