About the Role:
Provide support for day-to-day HR Compliance & Global Mobility operational matters working closely with global HR teams. Knowledge and hands-on experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and experience managing immigration and compliance topics along with excellent project management and problem solving skills are essential. Focus on strengthening and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and practices through proactive risk assessment, audits, and training. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support on HR compliance and immigration matters globally working closely with HR partners.
  • Serve as project coordinator to support implementation of programs and processes by managing the completion of key tasks and milestones.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and drive proactive audit and reporting practices.
  • Execute on HR internal audit activities, including drafting audit results, communication to key stakeholders, and closeout activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of HR compliance obligations and proactively develop and manage project plans to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor completion, tracking, and certification of required training programs to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Create program materials - knowledge base articles, support text, and change management materials for HR Compliance & Global Mobility programs.
  • Support the management of HR Compliance and immigration vendors, creating and reviewing vendor scorecards and processing invoices.
  • Proactively monitor changes to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) and Ministry of Interior (MOI) regulations, translating legislative updates into actionable process adjustments.
  • Manage shared inbox, triaging and routing incoming inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders, tracking resolution, and ensuring timely responses and follow-through.
  • Partner with the payroll and finance teams to support statutory compliance with local benefits, social insurance (GOSI), and wage protection system (WPS) requirements.

What You'll Need:

  • BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in human resource compliance or employment law
  • Experience leading large cross-functional projects
  • Experience developing and conducting data quality audits or improving quality of HRIS systems
  • Able to work within a largely virtual team across multiple time-zones
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

  • Multi-lingual
  • Understanding of employer operational requirements in Middle East
  • Experience with global HR compliance and immigration obligations, researching and interpreting legal requirements of non-English speaking countries.
  • Working knowledge of global immigration requirements and complexities of cross-border business travel
