HR Consultant

About the Job
The HR Consultant role provides HR expertise and operational support to managers and employees at Oracle Saudi and Upper Gulf Countries. This includes implementing HR programs, advising on employment law issues, managing projects, and coaching and counseling managers and employees. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with reporting responsibilities to the HR Leader in Saudi as part of Oracle’s MEA HR team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional frontline HR support, communication, and guidance in line with local law, Oracle policies, and procedures
• Advise and support local and remote (foreign based) managers on people matters during employment (e.g., onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave of absence, performance management)
• Provide guidance to employees at all levels on HR related matters
• Coordinate local HR activities with Oracle’s international HR Business Partners and expert teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and HR Services
• Drive local implementation of change projects and activities

Requirements

• University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR professional position
• Solid knowledge of Saudi & Upper Gulf employment law
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a complex, changing environment
• Superior collaboration and communication skills
• Administrative flair and affinity for processes and systems
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
