The role also supports safeguarding and regulatory compliance by ensuring employee records, mandatory training, and police checks are monitored, maintained, and renewed within required timelines.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll and benefits for all staff.
- Manage employee medical insurance and related inquiries.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.
- Support safeguarding initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor mandatory training requirements and ensure timely renewals of police checks.
- Assist in creating a positive work environment and respond to staff needs.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in HR processes and employee administration.
- Understanding of payroll systems and employee benefits.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and regulatory compliance in education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Contract and Start Date
- The position is set to start in November 2026.
