Key Accountabilities
- Manage head count planning model to forecast head count for the organization.
- Liaise with all divisions to verify head count statistics for all their staff details on a monthly basis.
- Partner with the Strategy & Financial Control department on MIS and workforce strategic planning efforts, providing recommendations on workforce costs to management.
- Collect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for the preparation of the manpower budget by the Strategy department.
- Promote equality and propose ideas to management to support the Emiratization agenda within the workforce planning process.
- Report on variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count targets for each division to management.
- Prepare HR-related MIS executive summary reporting for groups and central management.
- Engage in HR Systems Information and HR Projects.
- Maintain comprehensive awareness of current HR issues and coordinate with ITD to continuously improve and optimize information systems performance, operational efficiency, and deliver quality service.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Required Skills and Technical Knowledge
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
- Hands-on experience in MIS analysis.
- Familiarity with Human Resources software.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to engage across all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Education
- B.Sc. in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or any other relevant field.
