HR Generalist

About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. This position is initially located in Al Khobar for the first six months before transitioning to a future permanent site in Riyadh.

Role Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide general HR support to employees and management.

Profile Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
