Responsibilities:
- Supervise the recruitment process and advise on innovative recruitment methods and continuous process improvement.
- Source suitable resumes that match job descriptions to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Monitor HR KPIs related to recruitment on a monthly basis and advise management on any deviations.
- Plan and coordinate all induction training and various other employee training initiatives.
- Implement and maintain HRIS with accuracy in employee data.
- Assist the Country Chair, SME HR Director, and MCA Talent Leader in the PMP process for timely completion according to Head Office guidelines.
- Support management in HR projects such as talent identification and acquisition, leadership reviews, HR policies, and other projects as directed by Head Office.
- Handle employment processes and record management at a transactional level including employee creation in databases, confirmations, separations, etc.
- Ensure timely submission of all regional reports with accurate data.
- Coordinate with local and regional management to identify training and development needs for employees and organize local training initiatives within budget guidelines.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all aspects of the HR function.
- Manage and address all employee grievances within the country.
- Increase retention rates within the entity.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while complying with government regulations, including employee labor laws and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance.
- Implement periodic employee engagement activities in line with regional HR guidelines.
- Manage teams of Admin and HR support within the local office.
- Partner with the business to achieve financial and business objectives, advising on HR regulations relating to employment.
- Ensure job descriptions include HSE responsibilities as validated by the organization.
- Conduct timely HSE inductions for new employees.
- Deliver and upgrade HSE training programs to all employees as needed.
- Maintain records of required safety and health training, certifications, and medical surveillance.
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements, the company Group HSE Policies, client HSE procedures, and practices.
- Maintain a tidy and hazard-free personal work area and report any deviations or hazards immediately.
- Report any newly identified hazards and participate in developing suitable operational controls to minimize risks.
- Report any HSE incidents immediately and cooperate in investigations.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably with an MBA in HR.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in core HR activities in any industry.
