Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the HR team.
- Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance; visa and government relations.
- Design, draft, and own all internal company HR policies (leave, conduct, remote work, disciplinary, performance).
- Own onboarding framework and policy.
- Manage HR operations for the India Offshore Development Center (ODC), including local compliance and coordination with India-based teams.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy across headcount, compensation, and leave records.
- Partner with TA Delivery on headcount forecasting and budget planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT services, staffing, or managed/professional services.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE systems, and Nafis.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
