Key Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop the HR team.
Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance; visa and government relations.
Design, draft, and own all internal company HR policies (leave, conduct, remote work, disciplinary, performance).
Own onboarding framework and policy.
Manage HR operations for the India Offshore Development Center (ODC), including local compliance and coordination with India-based teams.
Maintain HRIS accuracy across headcount, compensation, and leave records.
Partner with TA Delivery on headcount forecasting and budget planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT services, staffing, or managed/professional services.
Proven people management experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE systems, and Nafis.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
