HR Manager

The HR Manager will lead the HR function at the company, overseeing the HR team and owning policy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning across internal staff and client-deployed resources. This role is UAE-national-mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the HR team.
• Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance; visa and government relations.
• Design, draft, and own all internal company HR policies (leave, conduct, remote work, disciplinary, performance).
• Own onboarding framework and policy.
• Manage HR operations for the India Offshore Development Center (ODC), including local compliance and coordination with India-based teams.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy across headcount, compensation, and leave records.
• Partner with TA Delivery on headcount forecasting and budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT services, staffing, or managed/professional services.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE systems, and Nafis.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
