Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end HR function for the Dubai office while supporting group entities as needed
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, dealing, compliance, finance, and support teams, collaborating with internal managers and external agencies
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, visas, and Emirates ID processes in compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Execute payroll inputs, ensure WPS compliance, manage benefits administration, and coordinate medical insurance
- Develop and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook, and internal procedures
- Support regulatory requirements including fit-and-proper checks, background screening, staff training records, and HR documentation for audits
- Manage performance reviews, KPI frameworks, and commission/bonus structures in partnership with management
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes
- Drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives across a multinational workforce
- Report HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to senior management
Requirements / Must-haves
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager or HR generalist lead role
- Must have Forex (FX/CFD) industry experience (mandatory), ideally within a regulated brokerage
- Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and WPS; ability to quickly learn if relocating
- Hands-on experience with high-volume recruitment for sales-driven teams
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and payroll processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or other European languages are advantageous)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD/SHRM certification is a plus
