You will collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to innovate and implement HR strategies, including talent and performance management, compensation, and employee relations. To thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you should possess strong consulting skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across various teams and levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult, coach, and guide leadership with empathy, focusing on talent management, people development, and performance management.
- Foster an inclusive environment for all Builders and advocate for their needs through end-to-end experiences.
- Manage complex workplace investigations with significant autonomy and exercise high judgment in resolving HR-related issues.
- Support Builder queries while navigating company Policies with discretion.
- Promote the adoption of technology and self-service solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of human resources experience.
- Fluency in Arabic (speak, write, and read).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a matrixed organization and advising executive leadership.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including critical thinking and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment and maintain confidentiality regarding employee issues.
