Position

About the Role
An HR Policy professional is needed to design, govern, and ensure compliance of HR policy across a global operation. This role sits at the intersection of employment law, HR strategy, and business change, where you will build frameworks that are effective across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include drafting policies and contract templates and driving change management processes to ensure new working methods are successfully implemented. The ideal candidate can come from two backgrounds: a junior employment lawyer seeking an advisory position or an HR professional with strong policy, drafting, and analytical experience. What matters more than your background is your thought process.
