About the Role
This position assists in developing, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's objectives and labor regulations. The role supports communications regarding policies and initiatives that raise employee awareness about these policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies in line with business requirements and labor regulations.
• Support policy communication and employee awareness initiatives.
• Conduct policy benchmarking and research.
• Assist in policy interpretation and application.
• Maintain HR governance documentation and records.
