Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations
- Leave and attendance management
- Performance management
- HR administration and documentation
- Employee exit and settlement procedures
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle HR matters professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee services.
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor Saudization requirements and maintain compliance.
- Handle employee records, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee exits, final settlements, and related documentation.
