The role holder is responsible for executing the company’s HR services and talent enablement agenda, ensuring a seamless employee journey across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee services, development, and offboarding. The role ensures compliance with the company HR policies, Saudi Labor Law, and the company Group standards while leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute HR services including payroll, medical insurance, time management, business travel, HR inquiries, end-of-employment, and employee data management.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll administration (data collection, validation, processing, pay distribution, pay slip issuance, year-end payroll, and liaison with Finance).
  • Manage GOSI services (employee enrollment, profile updates, data collection, payments, inquiries, and relationship management with GOSI).
  • Oversee expat services administration (Iqama renewals, annual ticket issuance, etc.) in compliance with HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures related to expenses and third-party services in coordination with the OE team.
  • Oversee automation of HR services and implement digital platforms to enhance HR operations, employee records, and self-service enablement.
  • Build and manage onboarding and offboarding journeys for employees.
  • Act as the single communication channel for employees (announcements, updates, and benefits).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, HR or any related field.

Years of Experience

  • Preferred experience of (3-6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
