HR Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Medina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR-related operations, including recruitment, training, employee development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from identifying needs to selecting candidates.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing necessary guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee files and update records regularly.
• Participate in developing recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Provide advice and guidance to management on HR matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
