HR Specialist

About the Role
Our client is looking for a qualified HR Specialist to join their team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations, including recruitment, training, employee development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to candidate selection.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
• Maintain employee files and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to management on employee-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
