Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR systems and applications to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and processes.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system enhancements that improve HR operations and employee experience.
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and enhancement of HR systems and digital solutions.
- Ensure accurate integration and exchange of HR data between systems in accordance with approved standards.
- Monitor data quality and maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee information.
- Develop and generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, information security requirements, and data governance standards.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training related to HR systems and applications.
- Coordinate with technology teams and system vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve service delivery through technology.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and digital initiatives.
- Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Operations, HR Technology, or a relevant field.
