Job Duties
Under general supervision, you will support the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create tools and resources, and executing programs and projects.
- Developing subject matter expertise in one or more disciplines such as:
- Compensation
- Benefits
- International HR/Global Mobility
- Employee Relations
- Learning and Development
- Talent Acquisition
- HR Information Systems
- HR Operations
- Supporting the efficient delivery of processes, programs, and policies through the application of specialized knowledge, analysis, and business acumen.
- Being responsible for HR data reporting used to provide meaningful recommendations and actions aimed at improving overall HR service delivery.
- Advising HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices as needed.
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR is required.
- A Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred.
