HRIS Intern

We are looking for a motivated HRIS Intern to join our Human Resources team and support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems. The role will provide hands-on experience in HR systems, employee data management, reporting, and HR process support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or currently enrolled student.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS systems.
• Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Support HRIS-related requests and troubleshoot basic system issues.
• Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing HR data.
• Support system updates, testing, and implementation of HRIS processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in documenting HRIS procedures and processes.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve HRIS-related issues.
