Educational Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Management with a technical focus.
  • Professional certification in a specific HRMS platform is highly preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in HRIS/HRMS consulting, ideally within a high-growth IT or SaaS environment.

Required Technical Skills

  • System Architecture: Proficient in HRMS applications such as Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Data Tools: Advanced skills in Excel (Power Query/VBA) and SQL for data extraction and auditing.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, SOAP, and REST web services to facilitate data integration between HRMS and third-party applications (e.g., Slack, Greenhouse, or Azure AD).
  • Reporting Tools: Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for visualizing HR data.
  • Project Methodology: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (Jira, Asana).

Key Responsibilities

  • System Implementation & Upgrades: Lead end-to-end implementation cycles, encompassing requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Process Automation: Identify manual HR processes and design automated workflows for onboarding, lifecycle management, and global payroll integration.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 3 support for complex system errors, API integration issues, and data discrepancies between HRMS and other enterprise tools (ERP/CRM).
  • Data Governance & Security: Ensure the integrity of sensitive employee data and compliance with global standards such as GDPR, SOC2, and local labor laws.
  • Advanced Analytics: Create custom dashboards and SQL reports to deliver real-time insights into turnover, diversity metrics, and headcount planning to leadership.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with software providers to keep updated on roadmap changes and negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs).
