In this role, you will provide senior professional oversight, technical guidance, training, and support to one or more of Global Business Units (GBUs) and project-based HSE Managers. Assignments will be received in terms of broad objectives from the Corporate Vice President of SH&E.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, communicate, and oversee the company’s Environment Safety Health and Risk Program (ESHARP) Management at all project locations.
- Provide assistance to business unit managers regarding health and safety regulations, reporting requirements, safety training, and related issues.
- Monitor the effectiveness of health and safety programs, conduct investigations, and comply with internal reporting, recordkeeping requirements, and workers' compensation claim procedures.
- Lead or oversee investigations of serious incidents, near-misses, and non-compliances; ensure robust root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action planning, and organizational learning across projects.
- Coach, mentor, and manage project HSE Managers and other safety professionals across locations, fostering a collaborative, high-performing HSE community of practice.
- Support the integration of HSE considerations into project planning, design reviews, constructability reviews, and risk assessments to reduce risk at source.
- Collect and maintain safety information and statistics for all business units and operations.
- Ensure senior management is informed of significant internal and external developments regarding health and safety.
- Assist business development personnel as required with the development and support of proposal data.
- Train all levels of the organization in key company safety training programs.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or closely related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years of related work experience in the field of safety and health.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
- Supervisory experience managing safety professionals across multiple project locations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of domestic and international safety standards.
- Ability to supervise and manage safety professionals located throughout the organization domestically and internationally.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in occupational safety and health or closely related field.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
