Roles and Responsibilities
Coaching & Advising on Culture Program Elements:
- Focus on leading the implementation of key culture activities.
- Coach SE&A & Subcontractor Scaffold Inspectors (SI), Supervisors, Foremen, and Worker teams.
- Advise Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Managers (SE&A, Client & Subcontractor).
Training & Field Coaching:
- Conduct culture training for Supervisors, TBM Leaders, and Workers.
- Provide field coaching for TBM Leaders and Workers.
- Serve as the Project HSE Trainer.
Program Management Facilitation:
- Deploy all components of the Culture program on the project.
- Collect necessary assurance components for HQ to establish all Culture levels.
- Facilitate Learning Teams meetings.
- Support S.A.Y Leadership Team meetings.
- Conduct effectiveness assessments.
- Assist Subcontractors in implementing culture improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree in a relevant field such as HSE, Engineering, Project Management, Psychology, etc. Must have completed training from a CISRS Certified/ADNOC Approved Training Centre.
Experience:
- Ideal candidates should be over 40 years old with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Job-Related Training Program:
- Completion of Scaffolding Inspector Training from a CISRS/ADNOC Approved Training Center. ADNOC Approval and relevant work experience are advantageous.
Technical and Behavioral Competencies:
- Compliance with ADNOC Standards (HSE-OS-ST 16) & Regulations BS EN 12811.
- Review scaffold design calculations and drawings prior to erection. Confirm scaffold load classification (Light / Medium / Heavy Duty).
- Ensure only trained & certified scaffolders (third party from ADNOC Approved Training Centers) erect, modify, or dismantle scaffolds.
- Ensure scaffolds comply with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications (if required).
- Certified Scaffolding Inspector from an accredited third party such as the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB)/Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS) or equivalent, also from ADNOC Approved Training Center.
- Outgoing individual, able and willing to interact with all levels of personnel: management, supervisory staff, and workers.
- Ability to conduct field coaching and interact with all levels within a construction project.
